Group Trips Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Origin + Culture, our group trips are carefully curated experiences that require advance payments to local partners, accommodations, transportation providers, and community collaborators. For this reason, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits are used to confirm reservations, secure services, and hold your space on the trip.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Refunds are determined by the date written cancellation notice is received by Origin + Culture.

90 days or more before departure
→ Refund of 75% of the total trip cost (minus the non-refundable deposit) -
31–89 days before departure
→ Refund of 50% of the total trip cost (minus the non-refundable deposit) -
30 days or less before departure
→ No refunds will be issued
No-Show or Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures from the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Origin + Culture

In the unlikely event that Origin + Culture must cancel a trip, participants will receive a refund of payments made excluding non-refundable third-party fees, or may choose to transfer funds to a future trip.
Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Agreement

By booking a group trip with Origin + Culture, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
