Raíz Líquida: Ancestral Mixology Experience

Raíz Líquida: Ancestral Mixology Experience invites participants into an intimate, hands-on journey rooted in the Afro-Colombian Pacific and its ancestral knowledge.

At the heart of the experience is viche, a traditional Afro-Colombian sugarcane beverage created and protected for generations by Afro-Colombian women. More than a drink, viche has long been used as medicine, ritual, and a source of cultural and economic survival. Today, it is legally protected as cultural heritage, honoring the communities that sustain it.

Through guided tasting, storytelling, and conscious cocktail creation, participants explore viche beyond the glass — as territory, memory, and living practice, in dialogue with contemporary mixology.

This is not a traditional class or tasting.

It is a shared, living experience where territory is honored and mixology is transformed.
